It enjoys an upside down layout with its bathroom and double bedroom downstairs and an open-plan sitting/dining room and kitchen upstairs. French doors open from the lounge/dining room onto a sunny, private terrace with the south-facing gardens and tennis court beyond. The cottage is centrally heating in the cooler months making it cosy all year round. There is private off-road parking right outside. Bradworthy’s friendly pub, tea rooms and shops are ½ a mile away.

There is a comfortable sitting room with electric flame effect wood burner, flat screen digital TV with DVD and a CD player. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom (which has a bath with a shower over) and a small second bedroom with captain’s bed ideal for a child up to the age of 14.
