The Grange is located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, standing in over two acres of gardens with views to the sea. The four self-contained self-catering apartments are set in the Victorian House and have full use of the glorious gardens, together with a communal drawing room with open fire and games room and equipment. The apartments sleep from two to six guests, for short breaks, holidays, house parties and out of season bookings are available.

The house is an ideal base for walking and visiting local beaches; Rockham Bay is within walking distance and Woolacombe just over a mile, with its famous stretch of sand with surfing being one of the local attractions. The area also boasts many other activities including horse riding, golf and clay pigeon shooting.

Mortehoe village has two restaurants, three public houses each serving food, a post office, fish and chip shop, corner shop, a medieval church and a heritage centre.
