Spring

Spring in North Devon is fresh, clean, bright. Flowers bloom early here due to the mild climate, so the hedgerows come alive with daffodills and primroses and Exmoor is ablaze with purple heather and yellow gorse.

It is a great time for walking and cycling, the long sandy beaches are empty and inviting and the small resorts are welcoming in the Spring sunshine.

Summer

Lazy afternoons can be spent in the pretty gardens of our wonderful thatched pubs or tea rooms. We also have a great variety of festivals in the summer to keep all the family entertained.
